Refund policy

Customers will have 7 days after the purchased item shows as delivered via the tracking number, to the address it is shipped too, to get a full refund MINUS the cost for shipping*, OR to make plans for size exchange.  Shipping is a fee that we Do Not make money on, or charge for over the standard rate, and our rates are set actually lower than what they actually are at the post offices brick and mortar stores.  Because of this we cannot refund any shipping fees for any reason, EXCEPT if there is a mistake which is our fault in some way.  In which case we would refund ALL expenses, and/or replace any item, if need be, at no cost.
